For over 35 years, Wassiagomin Lodge has provided anglers, hunters and
their families the opportunity to enjoy a memorable vacation in the
wilderness of the Canadian north. Our lodge is located on Lochalsh Bay,
Dog Lake, where many varieties of fish are plentiful - walleye, pike,
lake trout, whitefish and perch.
Lush evergreens and hardwoods surround your private one, two or three bedroom cabin which all overlook our 800' Sandy beach. A spring fishing trip here at Wassiagomin Lodge offers hot angling action beginning with opening day in mid May. Dog Lake will be your best bet for reeling in trophy walleye, rod shattering northern pike, boat dragging lake trout, line stretching whitefish and pan size perch. With the lakes many nearby rivers, streams and tributaries your chances of catching a reel breaking trophy is great. Come relax with us and enjoy the promise of spring at Wassiagomin Lodge.
